A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF A MEMBER
TO THE DOWNEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AUTHORITY COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L. That Frank R. Gasdia, whose term expires April 30, 1971,
be reappointed by the Mayor as a member of the Downey Community Hospital
Authority Commission, for a four -year term expiring April 30, 1975.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1971.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the City Council of the City of Downey at a regular meeting thereof held
