A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DOWNEY LIMITING PARKING ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF
OLD RIVER SCHOOL ROAD BETWEEN ARNETT STREET AND
ADWEN STREET: AND BOTH SIDES OF NEO STREET BETWEEN
OLD RIVER SCHOOL ROAD AND NORLAIN AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority of Section 31738 of
the Downey Municipal Code, the City Council hereby designates the east side
of Old River School Road between Arnett Street and Adwen Street; and both
sides of Neo Street between Old River School Road and Norlain Avenue as a
restricted zone, and by this Resolution orders signs posted thereon giving
notice that there shall be "No Parking Fridays 12 :00 midnight to 9 :00 A.M.,
Tow -Away - Street Sweeping ".
SECTION 2. After such signs have been posted, no person shall park
any vehicle upon such street in violation of this restriction.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
