TO FURNISH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF IRWINGROVE DRIVE

THE CITY • COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF mummy DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS: .
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer shall furnish to the City • .
Council of said City plans and specifications, together with a
careful estimate of the costs and expenses of the proposed work for
with
the improvement of Irwingrove Drive between its unction / Sherry -

Avenue and Old River School Road b clearin grading, preparation
of subtrade" •avin: with as•haltic concrete •avement, construction
of curb and gutter, •
and such other work as may be pertinent and necessary for the
• adequate improvement of said street.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
