RESOLUTION NO. i‘4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DOWNEY AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO ROBERT J. and
TERESA M. BEAGLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The sale of that certain real property in the
City of Downey, County of Los Angeles, State of California, located
on Stewart and Gray Road and Susan Avenue in said City all as more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof, to ROBERT J. BEAGLE and TERESA M.
BEAGLE for the sum of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Dollars
($13,710.00) hereby is authorized and approved and the Mayor hereby
is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a grant deed in the
form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Downey held on the
23rd day of February 1966, by the affirmative vote of at least 5 councilmen,
to wit:
