A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BIXLER AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS (AD -73) • WHr'EAS, the assessment for the improvement of Bixler Avenue and other streets , pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1415 , was filed in the office of the City Clerk of said City on , 1965 ; and WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in accord - ance with law; and WHEEAS, at a public hearing on said assessment, which hearing was 'held on December 11 , 1965 , all written objections, protests, and appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY -.% DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the improvement of Bixler Avenue and other streets , "- under Resolution of Intention No. 1415 , be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and approved. SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every kind or natura to said assessment and all appeals therefrom to said City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled and denied. SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith attach a ware ant, bearing the date of this order, to said assessment. The Street Superintendent also shall execute and cause to be recorded a Notice of Assessment in the office of the County Recorder. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
