A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DOW ,y. APPROVING MAP OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF POMERING ROAD
IN THE CITY OF DOWNER ( AD -41 . )

-- THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain plat or map, No. AD -41
prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Downey , showing
the boundaries of the proposed assessment district and all of the
lots or parcels of land included within said district for the
improvement of Pomering Road and ,other streets and rights of way
in the City of Downey , be, and the same hereby is,
approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall endorse the certificate on
said map evidencing the date and adoption of this resolution and
shall file the original of such map in the office of the City Clerk
. and within 15 days after the adoption of the Resolution of Intention,
and in no event later than 15 days prior to the date of the hearing
on the Resolution of Intention; shall file a copy of said map with
• the County Recorder.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
