RESOLUTION NO. /C3/
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DOWNEY ADOPTING THE PROFILE AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN
AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF EUCALYPTUS
STREET AND BIRCHDALE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF DOWNEY
(AD 79)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement plan,
No. 1- 15 -13, for the improvement of Eucalyptus Street and Birchdale
Avenue in the City of Downey, on file in the office of the City Engineer
of the City of Downey, be, and the same hereby is, approved and adopted
for such work and improvement.
That that certain specification entitled: "ASSESSMENT DISTRICT No. 79
- SPECIFICATIONS - For the Construction of Improvements on Eucalyptus
Street & Birchdale Avenue" prepared by the City Engineer for the City of
Downey and on file in the office of the City Clerk thereof, be, and the
same hereby is, approved and adopted for such work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It hereby is ordered that the above- mentioned plan and
specification shall be filed in the office of the City Engineer of the City
of Downey, and both such plan and specification shall be open to public
inspection.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this llth day of September, 1962.
