A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY ON FLORENCE AVENUE BETWEEN
PARAMOUNT BOULEVARD AND DOWNEY AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Joint Use Agreement dated on the 29th of April, 1960,
prepared by the Southern California Edison Company, for the relocation of
their facilities on the north side of Florence Avenue between Parmount
Boulveard and Downey Avenue, is herewith approved and the Mayor of the City
of Downey is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of
Downey.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and forward a certified copy thereof to Mr. H. Clinton Tinker,
Assistant Counsel, for the Southern California Edison Company.
