A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE DUNNING
STREET STORM DRAIN (BOND ISSUE PROJECT 575)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plans and specifications for the construction of
the 1958 Storm Drain Bond Issue Project No. 575 (Dunning Street,
Santa Fe Springs) are herewith approved.
SECTION 2. The Los Angeles County Flood Control District is
authorized to proceed with the construction as described therein and
to operate and maintain said portion of Storm Drain lying within the
City of Downey upon its completion.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and forward a certified copy thereof to Mr. M. E. Salsbury,
Chief Engineer for the Los Angeles County Flood Control District.
