A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DOWNEY APPROVING MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR
THE IMPROVEMENT OF KLONDYKE AVENUE AND OTHER
STREETS IN THE CITY OF DOWNEY (A.D. NO. 10)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
#.--. SECTION 1. That that certain plat or map No. A.D. 10
prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Downey, showing the
boundaries of the proposed assessment district and all of the lots
or parcels of land included within said district for the improve-
ment of Kiondyke Avenue and other streets in the City of Downey,
be, and the same hereby is, approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ',',? day of •.- , 1960.
