RESOLUTION NO. 27c
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY :" OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF A STORM DRAIN BY THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT.
THE CITY :COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plans and specifications for the construction of Storm
Drain Bond Issue No. Hollydale "A" Drain, a portion of which lies within •
the City limits of Downey, is herewith approved.
SECTION 2. The Los Angeles County Flood Control District is hereby autho-
rized to proceed with the construction of said drain and permission is
herewith granted to occupy and use the public streets in the City of Downey to
operate and maintain said installation upon its completion.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion and shall cause a certified copy of same to be sent to Mr. H. E. Hedger,
Chief Engineer, Los Angeles County Flood Control Dist ict.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS /4 DAY OF 1958.
