A RESOLUTION ,OF THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
FINDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS NECESSARY AS
A HEALTH MEASURE_.
WHEREAS, the Health Officer of the City of Downey has filed a written
recommendation with the City Council of the -City of Downey that .the proposed
construction of sanitary sewers . in LAKEWOOD BOULEVARD under . Downey Improvement
I
No. 6 is necessary as a health measure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City. Council hereby finds and
determines that the construction of sanitary sewers in LAKEWOOD- BOULEVARD,
under Downey Improvement No. 6, is necessary as a health measure.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November 4947
