A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DOWNEY, ACCEPTING A GRANT OF ROAD EASE-
MENT FROM WILLIAM S. GLANCY AND ZANIE C. GLANCY.

...—.‘ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain grant deed from William S. Glancy
and Zanie C. Glancy, et al, conveying an easement for public road and highway
purposes in the City of Downey, a copy of which deed is attached hereto, hereby
is approved and accepted and the land conveyed thereby is dedicated for public
road andt4thway purposes.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall cause said dee& with a certified
copy of this resolution attached thereto, to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the County of Los
Angeles.
