SZCTION 1. That the Planning Commission is engaged in the s tidy
and preparatiou of a new zoning ordinance using Ordinance No 1494, as
amended, applicable to the City of Dovrney, as said ordinance and map
existed on December 17, 1956.
S4CTION Z. That after a review of evidence adduced at hearings
held relative to each preparation and study, and after hearing the recommendation
of the planning advisor to the Planning Commission, it hereby determines
that the zone deeignatione on said map under stady, of the hereinafter described
property, should be and the sarne hereby are changed as hereinafter set forth.
The designations of ones as used hereinafter shall have the meaning given to
such design,ations in said Ordinartce No. 1494.
SECT/ON 3. Said changes in designations are as foilows:
(a) That the designation on said map of the following described
property ae to each separate ownership is changed from R.A-10, 000 to B-I.
Said property is described as: •
Lot commencing at interaection of northwest line of Tract No. 19138
with a line parallel with and distant northeast at right angles 600 ft. from
center line oi Florence Ave.; thence 'North 58 Wet to southeast Line

of Lakewood Bleed.; thence northeasterly thereon 200 feet; thence South "38 38'09'
, ;1:nest to said northwest Line; thence South 31 West to beginning. Part of
_ Rancho Se.ta Gertrudes finally confirmed to J. P. McFarland and J. G Downey.
S%CTION 4. The Clerk of the Planning Commission shall certify to the
adoption of thin resolution.,
