RESOLUTION NO. 9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCfl OF THE CITY OF DOWINIEY
APPOINTING DELLA DOYLE TO THE POSITION OF DEPUTY CITY
CLERK AND FIXING THE RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR SAID POSITION.
The City Council of the City of Downey does resolve as follows:
.•. SECTION 1. Della Doyle is hereby appointed Deputy City Clerk of
the City of Downey effective as of December 17, 1956, and the rate of
compensation for said position is hereby fixed at 4450.00 per month.
SECTION 2. The Citylerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall deliver a certified copy thereof to the said appointee.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Downey at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 17th day of December, 1956, by the following vote of the Council.
