AND APPROVE A 3.3% ADJUSTMENT IN SOLID WASTE FEES:

4. CASH CONTRACT NO. 661: QUILL DRIVE SEWER MAIN EXTENSION: APPROVE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS AND GRANT AUTHORITY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS:

5. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. IN
THE AMOUNT OF $15,600 TO UPDATE THE CITY’S PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT

6. PHASE II ENHANCED VAPOR RECOVERY SYSTEM UPGRADES FOR CORPORATE
MAINTENANCE YARD (12324 BELLFLOWER BOULEVARD) AND FIRE STATION # 1
(12222 PARAMOUNT BOULEVARD): AWARD CONTRACT TO PACIFIC SYSTEMS
ELECTRIC, INC. AND APPROPRIATE $67,805 FROM THE EQUIPMENT FUND FOR

7. LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 121, FISCAL YEAR
2008-09:

A. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 08-____, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING THE ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR ASSESSMENTS
WITHIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 121 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-09;
B. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 08-____, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DOWNEY DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO LEVY AND COLLECT LIGHTING AND
LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENTS WITHIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 121 FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2008-09; AND
C. SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR JUNE 10, 2008, TO CONSIDER SETTING
ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING OPERATIONS AND
MAINTENANCE.
