COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION CONSENT CALENDAR: All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are to be approved with one motion unless members of the general public or Commission request that items be removed. The Commission shall determine which items shall be removed and those items will be considered near the end of the meeting. 1. FOR FIVE YEAR MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH (CAD) SYSTEM, AGIS RECORDS SYSTEM, ALL MOBILE UNIT SERVICES, AND APPLICABLE LICENSING FEES; TO BE FUNDED BY ASSET FORFEITURE FUNDS: Police Department. 5. APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE REGIONAL ANTI TERRORISM INFORMATION INTEGRATION SYSTEM (COPLINK):. Police Department 6. ADOPT RESOLUTION 11-______, A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING THE LOS ANGELES INTERAGENCY METROPOLITAN POLICE APPREHENSION CRIME TASK FORCE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT (L.A. IMPACT JPA), AUTHORIZING THE CITY’S MEMBERSHIP IN L.A. IMPACT; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT: Police Department. 7.
