All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are to be approved with one motion unless members of the general
public or Commission request that items be removed. The Commission shall determine which items shall be
removed and those items will be considered near the end of the meeting.

RECORDS SYSTEM, ALL MOBILE UNIT SERVICES, AND APPLICABLE LICENSING
FEES; TO BE FUNDED BY ASSET FORFEITURE FUNDS:

5. APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE REGIONAL ANTI
TERRORISM INFORMATION INTEGRATION SYSTEM (COPLINK):.

DOWNEY APPROVING THE LOS ANGELES INTERAGENCY METROPOLITAN POLICE
APPREHENSION CRIME TASK FORCE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT (L.A. IMPACT
JPA), AUTHORIZING THE CITY’S MEMBERSHIP IN L.A. IMPACT; AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT:

7. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 11-____, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972”, BEING DIVISION 15, PART 2 OF THE STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FOR THE MAINTENANCE,
OPERATION AND SERVICING OF STREET AND PUBLIC FACILITY LANDSCAPING,
LIGHTING, TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND APPURTENANT WORK IN THE CITY OF DOWNEY,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2011 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2012:
