RECOMMENDATION
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O DOWNEY APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE ZO ING MAP, CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10441-1 445 LAKEWOOD
BOULEVARD FROM R-1 5,000 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDE TIAL) TO C-1
(NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL)
At its October 26, 2010 meeting, the City Council held a dul4loticed Public Hearing, and
after fully considering all oral and written testimony and factsnd opinions offered,
introduced the attached Ordinance.

WHEREAS, An application was filed by Mr. and Mrs. Philli

Council of the City of Downey hereby adopts a Negative Declarat4i and approves this Zone
Change (PLN-10-08048), thereby changing the zoning of the pro rty at 10441-45 Lakewood
Boulevard from R-1 5,000 (Single Family Residential) to C-1 (Neig borhood Commercial).
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of 1is Resolution.
