INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY AMENDING DOWNEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3179(c)4 TRUCK ROUTES ON FIRESTONE BOULEVARD. 2. DOWNTOWN DOWNEY SPECIFIC PLAN: A. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 10-____, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FOR THE DOWNTOWN DOWNEY SPECIFIC PLAN (PLN-10-08074); B. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 10-____, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING THE WATER SUPPLY ASSESSMENT FOR THE DOWNTOWN DOWNEY SPECIFIC PLAN ; C.
