Committee-Kotze D-2 & Vergara D-5RESOLUTION NO. 10-7210 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING APPOINTMENTS OF PATRICIA KOTZE AND MARYBETH VERG ARA TO THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITrEE FOR COUNCIL DISTRICTS 2 AND 5. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Patricia Kotze is hereby appointed to the Public Works Committee for Council District 2 for the term expiring December 2012. SECTION 2. Marybeth Vergara is hereby appointed to the Public Works Committee for Council District 5 for the term expiring December 2012. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the appointees. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2010. ANNE M.
